Menge 1 Portion

ein paar Kräuter der Saison (Dill, Salbei, Petersilie, Pfefferminze, Liebstöckel, Zitronenmelisse)
1 Liter Olivenöl

Zerkleinern Sie die kalt abgespülten Kräuter und geben Sie sie in eine große Flasche. Dann
gießen Sie die Flasche mit dem Olivenöl auf und stellen sie 5 Wochen an einen sonnigen Platz.
Anschließend gießen Sie das Öl durch ein Sieb und füllen es zum Lagern erneut in Flaschen.
Die Flaschen müssen Sie zum Schluss bitte gut verschließen.

Dieses Kräuteröl schmeckt sehr gut zu grünen Salaten
