300 Gramm Süßkirschen
700 Milliliter roter roter Johannisbeersaft
500 Gramm Gelierzucker (2:1)

Säubern Sie die Kirschen, entsteinen Sie sie und kochen Sie sie in einem Topf mit dem
Johannisbeersaft auf. Anschließend pürieren Sie die Zutaten, kochen sie nochmals
3 Minuten auf und füllen die Marmelade in Gläser. Zum Schluss lassen Sie die Gläser
auskühlen und lagern die Marmelade im Kühlschrank.
