Aufstrich mit Kohlrabi

400 g Kohlrabi
100 g Rahmfrischkaese
3 tb Gemuesebruehe
2 tb Zitronensaft
1 Zwiebel
1 Knoblauchzehe
50 g Nusskerne
2 tb Kraeuter; z.B. Schnittlauch,
-- Zitronenmelisse, Majoran
1/2 ts Erdnussoel
;Salz, weisser Pfeffer

Kohlrabi schaelen, waschen, wuerfeln. Mit Bruehe und Zitronensaft
aufkochen und zugedeckt bei kleiner Hitze etwa 15 min. garen. Lauwarm
mit Zwiebel, Knoblauch, Nuessen und Frischkaese puerieren. Kraeuter,
Salz, Pfeffer und Oel untermischen.
Haelt im Kuehlschrank fuenf Tage.
