Der etwas andere Toast

Menge: 4 Portionen

1 kl. Zwiebel
200 g Hackfleisch
4 Scheiben Toastbrot
4 Eier
Salz
Pfeffer
Knoblauch
4 Tomaten
Schnittlauch

Die Zwiebel kleinschneiden und unter die 200 g Hackfleisch mischen.
4 Scheiben Toastbrot oder Brot toasten und die Fleischmasse darauf
verstreichen. In einer Pfanne Butter schmelzen lassen und die Brote mit
der Hackfleischseite nach unten hineinlegen. Ca. 5 Minuten braten
lassen. In einer anderen Pfanne 4 Spiegeleier zubereiten. Die Toasts
nach Geschmack wuerzen, (Salz, Pfeffer, Knoblauch) und auf die Teller
legen. Auf jeden Toast 3 - 4 Tomatenscheiben legen und ein Spiegelei
daraufgeben. Schnittlauch drueber - fertig!
