2 Scheiben Kastenbrot
Butter
Tomaten; in Scheiben
Bauchspeckscheiben,
- geduenstet
Rote Zwiebeln; in Ringen
- oder gewuerfelt
Blauschimmelkaese; in
- Scheiben
Pfeffer aus der Muehle


Fruehstueckstoast

Stangenweissbrot mit Butter bestreichen, mit Eischeiben belegen.
Fruehlingszwiebel kleingeschnitten darueber und darauf geschnittete
Champignons. Mit halben Tomatenkirschen verfeinern, mit Camembertscheiben
belegen. Im Rohr bei ca. 180GradC rasch ueberbacken.

Mini-Pizza

Vom Stangenweissbrot die Scheiben schraeg abschneiden, damit es etwas
groesser ausfaellt; mit Butter bestreichen, mit Salami belegen. Wuerfel
von den abgezogenen Tomaten, sowie von Zucchini und Paprika daruebergeben,
mit Zwiebelringen, entkernten schwarzen Oliven, Champignonscheiben vervoll-
staendigen, mit Oregano und geriebenem Butterkaese bestreuen.

Bei ca. 180 GradC ca. 5 Minuten ueberbacken.

KLEINER ABENDSNACK

Kastenbrot antoasten, mit Butter bestreichen, mit Tomatenscheiben belegen.
Darauf geduenstete Bauchspeckscheiben und Wuerfel oder Ringe von roten
Zwiebeln. Mit Scheiben vom Blauschimmelkaese belegt bei ca. 180 GradC ca.
4-5 Min. ueberbacken. Zum Schluss noch Pfeffer aus der Muehle darueber.

Alle Snacks mit Kresse garnieren.
