500 Gramm Schweineflomen
3 säuerliche Äpfel
-(Boskop)
200 Gramm Zwiebeln
1 Teelöffel getrockneter Thymian
1 Teelöffel getrockneter Majoran
Pfeffer, Tafelsalz

Flomen häuten, in kleine Würfel schneiden, in einem Topf auf 2 oder
Automat-Kochplatte 4 - 5 erhitzen, aber nicht braun werden lassen. Zwiebel
und Äpfel in feine Würfel schneiden, mit dem ausgelassenen Fett 1/2 Stunde
auf 1 oder Automat-Kochplatte 4 - 5 schmoren lassen. Anschließend in einen
Schmalztopf füllen und fest werden lassen.
