80 g Hirse
4 g Gemuesebruehe
160 g Wasser
1 Ei
30 g Kaese
10 g Oel
20 g Zwiebeln
20 g Senf
1 Knoblauchzehe
Majoran
Pfeffer
Salz
Paprika

Die Hirse in einem Sieb unter fliessendem Wasser waschen, dann mit dem
Wasser und der Bruehe in einem Topf einmal aufkochen. Bei geringer
Hitzezufuhr ca. 25 Minuten ausquellen lassen. Die gegarte Hirse leicht
abkuehlen lassen. Verschlagenes Ei, Zwiebeln, Knoblauch, Gewuerze und den
geriebenen Kaese mit der Hirse vermengen, Frikadellen formen und bei
mittlerer Hitze im vorher erhitzten Oel in einer Pfanne von beiden Seiten
ca. 4 Minuten braten.
