250 g Maisgriess
1 ts Salz
1 l ;Wasser
2 Fleischtomaten
Einige Salbeiblaetter
- frisch
60 g Parmesan; geraffelt
80 g Butter

Griess und Salz in kochendes Wasser streuen. Etwa 15 Min. unter
Ruehren bei kleiner Hitze kochen. Aus dem Topf nehmen, abkuehlen
lassen. Tomaten ueberbruehen, haeuten, entkernen, wuerfeln. Polenta
zu einer Rolle formen und Scheiben abschneiden. Mit den Tomaten in
eine gefettete Auflaufform schichten. Salbei und grob geraffelten
Parmesan darueberstreuen.

Im Backofen bei 250 GradC ca. 20 Min. ueberbacken.
