1/8 l Sahne
30 g Margarine
1 Pk. Vanillezucker
1 ts Honig
Etwas Butter fuer die Form

Alle Zutaten in einen Topf geben und bei mittlerer Hitze 25 Minuten
unter Ruehren kochen lassen. Eine flache Form mit der Butter
einfetten, die Karamellmasse hineingiessen und das Ganze etwas
fest werden lassen. Nun kann man daraus Bonbons schneiden.
