100 g Vollmilchquark
200 ml Vollmilch; Menge anpassen
1 Ei
120 g Feine Vierkornflocken
1/2 Bd. Basilikum
Thymian
Majoran
Petersilie
1 Spur ;Pfeffer
1 Spur Muskatnuss; geraspelt
1 Spur Koriander; gemahlen
Maiskeimoel; zum Braten

Quark, Milch und Ei verruehren, die Flocken dazugeben und 30 Minuten
quellen lassen. Je nach Dicke der Masse noch etwas Milch oder noch
etwas Flocken darunterruehren. Kraeuter hacken, mit den Gewuerzen
beifuegen und abschmecken.

Von der Quarkmasse mit einem Essloeffel Kloesse abstechen,
flachdruecken und im heissen Oel beidseitig braten.
