2 tb feingehackte Chilischote
60 g Papaya; gehackt
60 g Rosinen
100 g Zwiebel; feingehackt
3 Knoblauchzehen; zerdrückt
1/2 ts gemahlener Gelbwurz; Kurkuma
50 ml Malzessig

Alle Zutaten in einem säurebeständigen Topf vermischen und unter
ständigem Rühren zum Kochen bringen. Die Hitze reduzieren und die
Mischung fünf Minuten garen, dann mit dem Schneidestab des
Handrührgerätes pürieren und servieren. Übriggebliebende Sauce in einem
fest verschlossenem Glas aufbewahren.
