500 g getrocknete entsteinte
-Pflaumen
400 g getrocknete Aprikosen
3/8 l Wasser
3 tb Zitronensaft
abgeriebene Schale von 1
-Zitrone
8 tb Weinessig
5 tb Weißwein
Salz
Koriander
2 tb Cognac

Alle Zutaten in einem offenen Kochtopf aufkochen und 10 Minuten
fortkochen. Obst pürieren, erneut im offenen Topf aufkochen und
10 Minuten fortkochen. Cognac unterrühren und abschmecken.
Relish in Gläser füllen, verschließen und kühl stellen.

Tip: Das Pflaumen-Aprikosen-Relish hält sich etwa 3 Monate. Es
schmeckt zu kaltem Braten Wild und Fondue.
