Schinkentüten in Meerrettich

4 Scheiben gekochter Schinken
12 Stueckchen Spargel
1 EL. geriebener Meerrettich
1/8 l suesse Sahne
Zitronensaft
Zucker, Salz, nach Geschmack

Die Sahne wird geschlagen, mit Meerrettich vermischt und mit
Zitronensaft, Salz und Zucker abgeschmeckt.

Diese Meerrettichsahne auf die Schinkenscheiben streichen,
Spargelstueckchen hineinlegen, Schinken zu kleinen Tueten
rollen und auf Toastscheiben legen. Mit etwas Meerrettichsahne
und Preisselbeertupfern garnieren.

Ich nehme an, lieber Anhang von Computer-Fans, dass die
Kiste ein wenig in den Hintergrund geraet, waehrend
geschlemmt wird. (AH)
