75 g Maismehl
25 g Weizenmehl
Salz
3 ts Oel
5 tb Wasser

Maismehl, Weizenmehl und Salz mischen. Oel und Wasser zugeben und
durchkneten. Der Teig darf nicht mehr kleben. Den Teig vierteln, zu Kugeln
formen. Jeweils eine Kugel zwischen Folie zu einem duennen, runden Fladen
(ca. 13 cm O) ausrollen. Eine Pfanne bei mittlerer Hitze trocken anwaermen.
Fladen darin von jeder Seite 2 - 3 Min. roesten. Nach Wunsch die Tortillas
in heissem Oel 1 - 2 Min. fritieren, dabei zu Schalen formen.
