Tomatentoast mit Kräutern

Menge: 4 Portionen

150 g Baguette
1 Knoblauchzehe
1 Spur Salz
60 g Butter
4 mittl. Tomaten
1 Bd. Schnittlauch
1 Bd. Petersilie
40 g Sardellen
300 g Mozzarella

Brot schraeg in 8 Scheiben schneiden, im Ofen goldbraun roesten,
wieder abkuehlen lassen.

Knoblauch pellen, ohne gruenes Mark mit Salz bestreuen, zerdruecken,
mit Butter mischen. Brot damit bestreichen. Tomaten ohne Stielansatz
in je 4 Scheiben schneiden, nebeneinander auf Kuechenkrepp legen.
Kraeuter fein schneiden und hacken, mischen, Tomatenscheiben darin
wenden, auf die Brote verteilen. Sardellen fein hacken, darauf
streuen.

Kaese in 16 Scheiben schneiden, darueber legen. Brote auf Mitte
backen, frisch und heiss geniessen.

Dazu passt am besten ein kraeftiger Rotwein.
