Menge: 4 Portionen

800 Gramm Pellkartoffeln
1 Esslöffel Zucker
50 Gramm Speck
1 Zwiebel
50 Gramm Margarine
etwas Tafelsalz
etwas Pfeffer frisch aus der Mühle

Schneiden Sie die Kartoffeln in dünne Scheiben (mit oder ohne Schale, nach eigenem Geschmack).
Dann lassen Sie den Zucker (ohne Fett) in einer Pfanne karamellisieren und schneiden den Speck
sowie die abgezogene Zwiebel in Würfel. Die Speckwürfel und die Zwiebelwürfel geben Sie nun
mit in die Pfanne und fügen die Margarine noch hinzu. Anschließend geben Sie die
Kartoffelscheiben mit in die Pfanne und braten sie von allen Seiten braun. Gewürzt wird das
Gericht zum Schluss mit Tafelsalz und Pfeffer.
