200 Gramm Beeren, (Aroniabeeren)
200 Gramm Zucker
200 Milliliter Wasser

Die gewaschenen Aroniabeeren pürieren Sie bitte und erwärmen sie gemeinsam mit dem Zucker und dem Wasser bis sich der Zucker
aufgelöst hat.

Fertig ist die Grundsoße, die zu kräftigen Gerichten, zum Beispiel für Wild entsprechend mit Pfeffer & Salz, Meerrettich oder
Senf (und so weiter) verfeinert werden kann.
