2 Dose Thunfisch; abgetropft
150 Gramm Butter; Zimmertemperatur!
1 große Zwiebel; sehr fein gewürfelt
-oder noch besser püriert
1 Knoblauchzehe (oder 2);
-durch die Presse gedrückt
1 1/2 Esslöffel Zitronensaft
1 1/2 Esslöffel Weinbrand
Tafelsalz
Pfeffer frisch aus der Mühle

Alles vermengen und pürieren, mit Salz und Pfeffer abschmecken, ca. 2
Stunden kaltstellen. Die Thunfisch-Paste kann man schon einen Tag vor der
Fete zubereiten! Schmeckt sehr gut zu Schwarzbrot oder Baguette!
