Haferflockensuppe mit Birnen

Menge: 4 Portionen

500 Milliliter Wasser
1 Prise Tafelsalz
½ Teelöffel Zimt
6 Esslöffel Haferflocken
500 Milliliter Vollmilch
2 Birnen
1 Esslöffel Zucker

Kochen Sie das Wasser mit dem Tafelsalz und dem Zimt auf und lassen Sie die Haferflocken
darin quellen. Dann geben Sie die Milch dazu und erhitzen die Zutaten unter rühren. Danach
schälen Sie die Birnen, entfernen das Kerngehäuse und den Strunk und raspeln die Birnen
grob. Zum Schluss geben Sie die Raspel und den Zucker bitte mit in die Suppe.
