500 Gramm Pflaumen
30 Gramm Mandeln
30 Gramm Rosinen
50 Gramm Mayonnaise
etwas Zitronensaft
etwas Zucker

Putzen Sie den Sellerie, kochen Sie ihn in einem großem Topf und lassen Sie ihn dann abkühlen.
Währenddessen entsteinen Sie die Pflaumen und schneiden die beiden Zutaten in Würfel. Nun
hacken Sie die Mandeln klein.

Anschließend geben Sie die Mayonnaise in eine Schüssel, verrühren sie mit dem Zitronensaft
sowie dem Zucker und mischen die Marinade dann unter die restlichen Zutaten.
