Bunter Salat mit Mozzarella

1 Kopfsalat
2 Pkt. Mozzarellakugeln (Ã
-125 g)
150 g Kirschtomaten
2 Weißweinessig
5 Gemüsebrühe
2 ts Pesto (Basilikumpaste a. d.
-Glas)
Salz
Pfeffer
Zucker
5 Olivenöl
1 Topf Basilikum

Kopfsalat putzen, waschen, trockenschleudern und in mundgerechte Stücke
zerpflücken. Den Mozzarella abgießen, Mozzarellakugeln halbieren.
Kirschtomaten waschen, vierteln oder halbieren.

Essig, warme Brühe, Pesto, Salz, Pfeffer und 1 Prise Zucker mit dem
Handrührgerät verrühren, das Öl darunterschlagen.

Alle Salatzutaten anrichten, mit Basilikumblättern bestreuen, mit der
Vinaigrette beträufeln und servieren. Dazu paßt Baguette.
