500 Gramm Äpfel (Boskop)
500 Gramm Möhren
150 Milliliter Ananassaft
150 Milliliter Orangensaft
nach eigenem Belieben Zucker
etwas Zitronensaft

Spülen Sie die Äpfel kalt ab, reiben Sie sie trocken, halbieren Sie sie und entfernen Sie die
Kerngehäuse. Dann schälen Sie die Möhren, spülen sie ebenfalls kurz kalt ab und hobeln beide
Zutaten auf einer Küchenreibe. Danach mischen Sie die Säfte, rühren sie mit einem Schneebesen
unter und schmecken den Rohkostsalat mit Zucker und Zitronensaft ab.
