Menge: 4 Portionen

1 Kilogramm Felsenbirnen
1 Kilogramm Gelierzucker 1:1
1 Teelöffel Zitronensäure
125 Milliliter Apfelsaft

1. Befreien Sie die Felsenbirnen von den Stielen und spülen Sie sie kalt ab.
2. Dann geben Sie die Felsenbirnen in einen Topf und füllen sie mit etwas
Wasser auf, sodass der Boden bedeckt ist.
3. Jetzt bringen Sie das Ganze zum Kochen, sodass die Beeren weich werden.
4. Danach streichen Sie die Felsenbirnen durch ein Sieb und vermischen sie in
einer Schüssel mit dem Gelierzucker.
5. Anschließend kochen Sie die Felsenbirnen nach der Packungsangabe des Gelierzuckers
ein, füllen sie in desinfizierte Gläser und verschließen diese.

Bitte beachten Sie, dass Sie Schritt drei nicht überspringen. So vermeiden Sie, dass
die cyanogenen Samen in Ihre Konfitüre gelangen und können eventuelle
Magen-Darm-Probleme vermeiden.
