Brombeermarmelade (MIT BILD)

Wenn Massen von Früchten ein Indiz dafür sind, dass wir einen kalten Winter bekommen,
dann friere ich mir jetzt schon einen ab. Ich bin heute früh "im Gelände" gewesen, habe
etwa 1,3 Kilogramm in kurzer Zeit geerntet, nach aufkochen und durch die feine Scheibe
der flotten Lotte geschoben, es blieben 1150 Gramm Rohmasse übrig. Ein einfaches
Rezept für Brombeermarmelade:

1 Kilogramm Rohmasse Brombeeren
500 Gramm Gelierzucker 2 zu 1

Kochen Sie die Brombeeren zusammen mit dem Gelierzucker auf bis sich der
Zucker komplett gelöst hat. Es ist keine Zitrone oder Zitronensäure notwendig,
die Marmelade schmeckt und geliert ganz wunderbar.
