900 Gramm Holländische Sauce
100 Gramm Dijon-Senf, grobkörnig
5 Gramm Tafelsalz
5 Gramm Pfeffer, weiß, frisch aus der Mühle
5 Gramm Cayennepfeffer, gemahlen

Zubereitung
Erwärmen Sie den Dijon-Senf etwas und rühren Sie ihn unter die
holländische Sauce. Dann schmecken Sie die Dijon-Sauce mit
Tafelsalz, weißem Pfeffer und Cayennepfeffer ab.
