300 g Haehnchenbrustfilet
100 g Austernpilze
2 Schalotten (60g)
2 tb Oel
150 g Dopperahmfrischkaese
1 unbeh. Zitrone (Schale u.
- Saft)
Salz
Pfeffer

Ausserdem

1/2 l Weisswein
2 Schalotten (60g)
Salz
Pfeffer
200 g Creme fraiche
150 g Mozzarella-Kaese

Zuerst fuer die Fuellung das Haehnchenfleisch wuerfeln. Pilze putzen,
hacken. Haehnchenfleisch, Schalottenwuerfel und Pilze im heissen Oel
anduensten. Zerbroeckelten Frischkaese, abgeriebene Zitronenschale und
-saft zufuegen. Abschmecken. Masse in die Cannelloni fuellen. Wein mit
Schalottenvierteln auf die Haelfte einkochen. Wuerzen. Creme fraiche
unterruehren, abschmecken. Cannelloni in eine feuerfeste Form geben,
die Sosse daruebergiessen. Mit Mozzarellascheiben belegen. Bei 200
Grad ca. 45 Minuten garen.
