Makkaroni mit viererlei Käse

Menge: 4 Portionen

400 g Makkaroni
Salz
70 g Mozzarella
70 g Fontina
70 g Parmesan
70 g Provolone
75 g Butter
schwarzen Pfeffer aus der
- Muehle
etwas Muskatnuss

Die Makkaroni in reichlich kochendes Salzwasser geben, al dente garen.
Mozzarella wuerfeln, die anderen Kaesesorten reiben.
Die Butter in einem breiten Topf aufschaeumen, die Nudeln abtropfen
lassen, in den Topf geben, den Kaese untermischen. Alles kurz braten,
bis der Kaese groesstenteils geschmolzen ist. Mit Pfeffer und etwas
Muskat bestreuen.
