Menge: 10 Portionen

500 g Tomaten
1 bn Rucola
250 g Mozzarella
1/3 Pizza-Grundteig
Mehl; zum Ausrollen
5 tb Olivenoel
174 g Pasta-Sauce; a.d. Glas,
-- Tomaten in Stueckchen
-- mit Basilikum
;Salz
Weisser Pfeffer; f.a.d.M.
150 g Parmaschinken; in nicht zu
-- duenne Scheiben

Tomaten und Rucola waschen und trockentupfen. Mozzarella abtropfen
lassen. Tomaten und Mozzarella in Scheiben schneiden.

Backofen auf 225 Grad vorheizen. Backblech mit ein bis zwei Essloeffel Oel
einfetten. Hefeteig durchkneten. Auf bemehlter Arbeitsflaeche in
Backblechgroesse ausrollen. Mit der Pasta-Sauce bestreichen. Die
Tomatenscheiben darauflegen, salzen und pfeffern. Obenauf den Mozzarella
legen. Mit restlichem Oel betraeufeln.

Auf der zweiten Schiene von unten im Ofen etwa 15 Minuten backen.

Pizza aus dem Ofen nehmen, sofort mit Schinken und Rucola belegen.
