Pizza mit Ananas und Schinken

1 x Pizzateig; Rolle aus der
- Kuehltheke

Fuer den Belag:

1 cn Ananas; kleine Dose
1 St Broccoli; kleiner Kopf
50 g Schlagsahne
150 g Creme fraiche
Salz
Cayennepfeffer
1 ts Zitronensaft
100 g Schinken; gekochter
200 g Mozzarella-Kaese; eine Kugel
Oel; zum Betraeufeln

Ofen auf 250 Grad vorheizen.

Ananas abtropfen, Broccoli putzen, Strunk entfernen. Waschen,
in Roeschen teilen, in kochendem Salzwasser 3 Minuten
blanchieren, abschrecken.

Sahne mit Creme fraiche, Salz, Cayennepfeffer und Zitronensaft
verruehren.

Schinken in Stuecke zupfen.

Den Teig mit Backpapier aufs Backblech legen, mit der
Creme fraiche-Mischung bestreichen. Die Haelfte des Schinkens,
Broccoli und Ananasscheiben darauf verteilen. Restlichen
Schinken und in Scheiben geschnittenen Mozzarella-Kaese
auflegen. Mit Oel betraeufeln. Pizza im Ofen goldbraun werden
lassen
