Pfeffer; weiss; f.a.d.M.
100 g Mozzarella-Kaese
1 tb Olivenoel; kaltgepresst
10 St Basilikumblaettchen

Eine Teigkugel vom Grundrezept ausrollen und mit einem Glas 10
runde Platten ausstechen

Cocktailtomaten waschen, in Scheibchen schneiden, auf die
Pizzette verteilen, mit Salz und Pfeffer wuerzen.

Mozzarella in 5 Scheiben schneiden, diese halbieren und je ein
Stueck auf jede Pizzette legen. Mit Olivenoel betraeufeln und
15 Minuten backen. Dann je 1 Basilikumblaettchen auf die
Pizzette legen und weitere 5 Minuten backen.
