500 Gramm Aprikosen, vorbereitet gewogen
500 Gramm Beeren, (Aroniabeeren)
500 Gramm Gelierzucker, 2:1
50 Milliliter Wasser, oder Apfelsaft

Die gewaschenen Aroniabeeren und die Aprikosen zerkleinern Sie bitte grob mit einem Pürierstab. Danach
bringen Sie Alles mit dem Wasser/Saft und dem Gelierzucker zum Kochen. Kochen Sie bitte nach
Packungsanweisung und füllen Sie die Marmelade noch hieß in Gläser ab und verschließen Sie sie.
