500 g Extra-Gelierzucker
4 cl Kokoslikör (klar)
oder weissen Rum

Ananas kleinschneiden, mit Vanillemark und Gelierzucker mischen. 1 Std.
durchziehen lassen. Zum Kochen bringen. 3 min sprudelnd kochen. Alkohol
einrühren und sofort in Gläser füllen. Diese 5 min umgedreht hinstellen.
