Bananen-Apfel-Marmelade

Menge: 4 Gläser

700 g Bananen
300 g Saeuerliche Aepfel
1 Tas. ;Wasser
Zucker

Man schneidet die Bananen und die Apfelschnitze und Scheibchen, gibt
Wasser bei und kocht alles so weich, dass man die Fruechte mit einer
Gabel leicht zerdruecken kann. Dann waegt man die Fruchtmasse, gibt
das gleiche Gewicht Zucker bei und kocht die Marmelade eine halbe
Stunde. Dann fuellt man sie in Glaeser ein.
