Bananen-Kiwi-Konfitüre

Menge: 2 Gläser

500 g Kiwis
500 g Bananen
1 Zitrone, Saft
500 g Extra-Gelierzucker

150 g Kiwi kleinschneiden, den Rest pürieren. Bananen zerdrücken. Früchte,
Zitronensaft und Gelierzucker vermischen. Zum Kochen bringen und 3 min
sprudelnd kochen. In Gläser füllen und diese 5 min umgedreht hinstellen.
