1 kg Bananen; geschaelt
1 Grapefruit; Saft
3 Zitronen; Saft
1 kg Gelierzucker

Die Bananen mit der Gabel zerdruecken und mit Grapefruit-,
Zitronensaft und Gelierzucker vermischt zum Kochen bringen (eventuell
etwas Wasser zugeben !) und 4 Minuten sprudelnd kochen lassen und
heiss in Glaeser fuellen.
