Brombeer-Holunder-Marmelade

Menge: 3-4 Gläser

700 g Brombeeren
200 g Holunderbeeren
1 kg Gelierzucker
1 Zitrone

Die Brombeeren verlesen, Holunderbeeren waschen, die Beeren von den
Dolden streifen. Beeren mit einer Gabel zerdruecken, mit Gelierzucker
vermischen, abgedeckt ueber Nacht ziehen lassen. Die Zitrone
auspressen, Saft zu dem Beeren-Zucker-Gemisch geben, alles zusammen
zum Kochen bringen und vier Minuten sprudelnd kochen lassen.
Marmelade heiss in Glaeser fuellen. Tip: Anstelle von Zitronensaft kann
man auch den Saft einer kleinen Orange und ein Stueckchen
Orangenschale nehmen.
