3 Stangen Zitronengras
1 kg Zucker
abgeriebene Schale von 1
-- unbehandelten Zitrone
5 g Zitronensäure
1/2 Flasche flüssiges
; Geliermittel (Opekta)

Beeren im Dampfentsafter 30 Minuten entsaften.
Die inneren zarten Blätter des Zitronengrases in feine Ringe schneiden. 1/4 l
abgekühlten Saft mit Zucker, Zitronengras und Zitronenschale unter Rühren 2
Minuten sprudelnd kochen lassen. Zironensäure und Geliermittel dazugeben und
noch einmal aufkochen. In sterilisierte Gläser füllen.
