Erdbeermarmelade

Menge: Ergibt 8 Gläser mit 250 ml Inhalt.

1 kg kleine, vollreife Erdbeeren
800 g Gelierzucker
4 tb Rum oder Orangenlikör

Erdbeeren waschen, putzen, pürieren. Das Mus durch ein Sieb streichen. Mit
der Hälfte des Zuckers verrühren. Zum Kochen bringen.

Den restlichen Zucker dazugeben. 10 Sek. sprudelnd kochen lassen. Rum oder
Likör einrühren. Heiß abfüllen.
