Grapefruitmarmelade mit Rum

Menge: 4-5 Gläser

900 g Grapefruitfleisch
50 g Walnußkerne
30 g kandierter Ingwer
1 kg Gelierzucker 1:1
2 tb weißer Rum (evtl. mehr)

Fruchtfleisch in kleine Stücke schneiden, Walnußkerne und Ingwer
fein hacken und untermischen. Gelierzucker unter die Fruchtmasse
rühren, ankochen und unter ständigem Rühren 4 Minuten sprudelnd
fortkochen. Rum unterrühren.

Marmelade kochendheiß randvoll in Gläser füllen und diese sofort
verschließen.
