Agar-Agar in den Saft rühren, diesen unter ständigem Rühren
erhitzen, nicht sprudelnd kochen lassen.

Den Honig dazugeben, rühren und sofort in die vorbereiteten Gläser
füllen und verschließen.

Agar-Agar:
wird aus Rot- oder Meeresalgen gewonnen. Durch seinen Pektin-Gehalt
hat es eine sechs- bis siebenfache Gelierkraft gegenüber tierischen
Geliermitteln. Man rechnet für einen halben Liter Flüssigkeit einen
Teelöffel Agar- Agar.
