Kirschenmarmelade mit Holunderblüten (und Varianten)

850 g Suesse Kirschen; entsteint
2 Holunderbluetendolden die
- Blueten ausgezupft
1 kg Gelierzucker
2 tb Kirsch

LAVENDELVARIANTE

8 Lavendelrispen ausgezupfte
- Blueten

MANDELNVARIANTE

100 g Mandeln; gemahlen

Die Kirschen durch den Fleischwolf drehen. Mit Gelierzucker
verruehren, rasch aufkochen und 5 Minuten leicht koecheln lassen.

Die abgezupften Holunderblueten mit dem Kirsch daruntermischen und die
Marmelade heiss in warme, trockene Glaeser abfuellen, sofort
verschliessen.

Lavendelvariante: statt Holunderblueten nimmt man die ausgezupften
Blueten von Lavendelrispen.

Mandelnvariante: anstelle von Holunderblueten kann man auch gemahlene
Mandeln beifuegen.
