600 g Gelierzucker
2 tb Zitronensaft

Grüne Hüllblätter entfernen, Blütenkörbchen teilen, Blüten
herausstreifen. Wasser ankochen und Blüten 6 Minuten darin blanchieren.
Blüten abseihen und ausdrücken.
Den erkalteten Saft mit Gelierzucker und Zitronensaft ankochen und
4 Minuten sprudelnd fortkochen. Gelee kochendheiß randvoll in Gläser
füllen und diese sofort verschließen.
