1150 g Himbeeren
350 g Orangenfilets mit dem beim
--Rausschneiden entstandenen
--Saft
1500 g Gelierzucker
1 Orange: Schale abgerieben
--oder 1 pk Orangenfrucht
2 tb Cointreau

Himbeeren mit den Orangenfilets, dem Saft und dem Gelierzucker
mischen, ueber Nacht stehen lassen, dann zum Kochen bringen und 4
Minuten sprudelnd kochen lassen. Vom Herd nehmen, Orangenschale und
Orangenlikoer einruehren, Konfituere in Twist-Off-Glaeser fuellen,
diese 5 Minuten auf den Kopf stellen.
