Tomaten-Pfirsich-Chutney

4 Pfirsiche
1 bn Frühlingszwiebeln
Tomaten (Obst und Gemüse
-vorbereitet
gewogen = insgesamt 700 g)
175 ml Kräuteressig
100 ml Apfelsaft
75 g Rosinen
250 g Gelierzucker 2 1/2:1
Salz
Pfeffer
Curry
Paprika
Zimt

Pfirsiche, Frühlingszwiebeln und Tomaten in feine Würfel schneiden,
Essig, Apfelsaft, Rosinen und Gelierzucker unterrühren. Mit Salz,
Pfeffer, Curry, Paprika und Zimt würzen. Masse unter Rühren ankochen
und 10 Minuten sprudelnd fortkochen.

Chutney kochendheiß randvoll in Twist-off-Gläser füllen und diese
sofort verschließen.

Als Beilage zu Grilladen servieren.
