5 kleiner Korbkäse (Harzer, gut durchgereift)
2 - 3 Zwiebeln
2 Esslöffel Apfelessig (siehe Tipp)
3 Esslöffel Speiseöl
etwas Kümmel
etwas Pfeffer, frisch aus der Mühle

Käse in dicke Scheiben schneiden, mit feinen Zwiebelwürfeln belegen,
mit einer Marinade aus Essig, Öl und Gewürzen begießen. Etwas
durchziehen lassen.

Dazu schmeckt Bauernbrot mit Gänseschmalz oder Butter.
