2 Eier (Größe M)
100 Gramm Zucker
2 kaltes Wasser
100 Gramm Mehl (Typ 405)
1 Backpulver; gestrichen
3 Mandarinen (a 314 Milliliter)
2 Aranca-Mandarine
-Cremespeise-Pulver für je 200 Milliliter Flüssigkeit
400 Milliliter Sekt
500 Gramm Sahne ;(1)
2 Sahnefestiger
150 Gramm Sahne ;(2)

Eier trennen. Eiweiß und Wasser sehr steif schlagen. Zucker dabei
nach und nach einrieseln lassen. Eigelb unterziehen. Mehl und
Backpulver mischen und locker unterheben. Biskuit in einer mit
Backpapier ausgelegten Springform verstreichen. Im Backofen (E-Herd:
175 C / Umluft: 150 C / Gas: Stufe 2) ca. 20 Min. backen. Aus der
Form lösen und auskühlen lassen. Mandarinen abtropfen lassen.
Einige Mandarinen zum Verzieren beiseite legen. Den Springformrand
oder einen Tortenring um den Boden legen. Die Mandarinen darauf
verteilen. Cremepulver und Sekt ca. 3 Min. schaumig schlagen. Das
Aroma (Kapsel liegt der Packung bei) unterrühren. Sahne (1) und
Sahnefestiger steif schlagen. Sahne unter die Creme heben. Auf den
Früchten verstreichen und ca. 3Std. kühl stellen. Vor dem Servieren
Sahne (2) steif schlagen. Sahne in einen Spritzbeutel mit Sterntülle
füllen. Torte mit übrigen Mandarinen, Sahnetuffs und evtl.
Minzeblättchen verzieren.

Das Cremepulver kann auch nur mit Wasser, oder halb mit Wasser und
halb Sekt angerührt werden.

Unser Tipp:
Damit sich die Torte exakt aufschneiden lässt, das Messer
zwischendurch immer wieder kurz in heißes Wasser tauchen.

Zubereitungszeit: ca. 1 1/2 Std. (ohne Wartezeit)
Bei 12 Stücken pro Stück ca. 340 kcal / 1420 kJ E 4 g, F 18 g, Kh 34 g

Unser Tipp:
"Mehl gestrichen" heißt eigentlich nur das Sie je 1 Esslöffel Mehl nehmen
sollen, einen zweiten Esslöffel oben drauf legen sollen und den zweiten
Esslöffel abstreichen sollen um keinen "gehäuften" Esslöffel Mehl zu haben.
