Pizza mit Pilzen und Spinat

300 g TK Blattspinat
500 g Pizza-Teig
450 g Pasta-Sauce
Oregano
3 Knoblauchzehen; feingehackt
200 g Champignons; duenne Scheiben
Olivenoel
;Salz
;Pfeffer
150 g Mozzarella-Kaese
8 Sardellenfilets
Pinienkerne
;Grober Pfeffer a.d.M.

Den Blattspinat kurz antauen lassen.

die 500g Pizza-Teig in 4 gleichgrosse Portionen teilen und zu runden Fladen
ausrollen. Die Pasta-Sauce gleichmaessig auf die Pizza-Boeden streichen und
mit Oregano bestreuen. Den angetauten Spinat mit dem Knoblauch und den in
duenne Scheiben geschnittenen Champignons in heissem Olivenoel kurz
anduensten. Mit Salz und Pfeffer abschmecken. Den Mozzatella in Scheiben
schneiden, die Sardellenfilets halbieren.

Alle Zutaten auf den Pizza-Boeden arrangieren. Die Pizzen mit Pinienkernen
und grobem Pfeffer bestreuen. Im vorgeheizten Backofen bei 200?C etwa 20
Min. backen.
