ca. 180 Gramm Rohgewicht

Menge: 2 Portionen

400 Gramm Schweinefilets am Stück
1 gestrichener Esslöffel Butterschmalz
etwas Meersalz
etwas Pfeffer frisch aus der Mühle

Heizen Sie den Ofen auf 200 Grad Celsius (Ober-/Unterhitze) oder auf 180 Grad
Celsius (Heißluft) vor.

Befreien Sie das Filet von Silberhaut und dem Fett, halbieren Sie es in der Mitte
und würzen Sie es mit Meersalz und Pfeffer. Dann erhitzen Sie etwa 1 gestrichenen
Esslöffel Butterschmalz in einer Pfanne auf höchster Stufe erhitzen.

Danach braten Sie das Filet scharf von allen Seiten für etwa je 1 Minute an.
Anschließend geben Sie es für etwa 5 Minuten mit in eine Auflaufform und lassen
es gar ziehen.
