500 Gramm Gambas, küchenfertig
1 Chilischote, rot
etwas Olivenöl
etwas Meersalz und Pfeffer

Entkernen Sie die Chilischote und schneiden Sie sie in Streifen. Dann erhitzen Sie das Olivenöl
in einer beschichteten oder gußeisernen Pfanne. Den den Chili und die Gambas geben Sie
nun hinein und braten Alles etwa 2 Minuten scharf an. Gewürzt wird jetzt mit Meersalz und
Pfeffer.

Dazu passt ein Glas Sherry!
