Ananas-Wirsing-Gemüse

700 g Wirsing
100 g durchwachsener Speck
2 tb Oel
Salz
Pfeffer
Muskat
100 ml Wasser
200 g Ananasstuecke
100 ml Weisswein
100 ml suesse Sahne

Wirsing putzen, waschen, Strunk entfernen, in breite Streifen schneiden.
Speckwuerfel in heissem Oel ausbraten. Wirsingstreifen zufuegen, wuerzen
und Wasser zugiessen. Im geschlossenen Topf 15 Minuten schmoren lassen.

Ananas und Weisswein zufuegen, weitere 10 Minuten schmoren. Topf von der
Platte nehmen und die Sahne unterruehren.
